What payment methods do you accept?

Do you offer warranties on your products?

All our products are 100% authentic and freshly packed.

We do not offer product warranties, but if your item arrives damaged, expired, or incorrect, we’ll replace or refund it.

Kindly contact us within 3 days after receiving your parcel.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order if the item is unused and unopened.

Opened or used skincare items can’t be returned for hygiene reasons.

If your parcel arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 3 days for a replacement or refund.

Do you offer free shipping?

For international customers, we also ship across Asia and worldwide at affordable rates:

  • ✈️ International Shipping (outside ASEAN) – Flat rate RM 150

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered in about 3–5 business days within Malaysia.
