Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • To be eligible, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging (including seal, labels, and protective wraps).
  • Items that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return or refund due to hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all return requests.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened or used:

  • Skincare, cosmetic, and personal care products
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Free gifts, promotional items, or samples

3. Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of receiving your parcel.
  2. Provide your order number, product photos, and the reason for return.
  3. Our team will review your request and guide you on the return procedure.
  4. Once approved, you will need to ship the item back to our return address (provided by our team).
  5. You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item was defective or the wrong item was sent.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days and credited to your original payment method.
  • Shipping fees, handling charges, and promotional discounts are non-refundable.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items


If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within
3 business days of receiving the parcel. Provide clear photos or videos of the item and
packaging, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

6. Exchanges


We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to change an item, please return your original purchase
(if eligible) and place a new order.

7. Cancellations


Orders can only be cancelled before shipment. Once an order has been processed or dispatched,
cancellation is no longer possible.
