• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed after 3 PM (GMT+8), on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
• You will receive an email or WhatsApp notification once your order has been shipped, including your tracking link.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

We currently ship within Malaysia, ASEAN countries, and selected international destinations.

Region Shipping Estimated Delivery Time:

🇲🇾 Malaysia Free Shipping 3 – 5 business days

🌏 ASEAN Countries(e.g. Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, Philippines, etc.) 5 – 10 business days

✈️ International(Outside ASEAN) 10 – 20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs clearance, courier schedules, and public holidays.

3. Shipping Partners

We partner with trusted couriers such as Pos Laju, J&T Express,
and DHL Express to ensure safe and timely delivery. Once your parcel is shipped,
you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery status.

4. Important Notes

• Please double-check your shipping address and contact number before checkout.
• We are not responsible for delays due to courier issues, customs procedures, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
• Customs duties, import taxes, or other charges (if any) are the buyer’s responsibility.
• During festive seasons or peak sale periods, delivery times may take longer than usual.

5. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged:

• Contact us within 3 business days from the estimated delivery date.
• Provide your order number, photos (if applicable), and a short description of the issue.
• We will assist in filing a claim with the courier and provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.
